How to Turn Passion into Purpose-Driven Leadership: Savannah Ryan

Passion often begins from within the desire to complete a purposeful task efficiently. Hi, I am Savannah Ryan. I started my journey at age 15, coaching cheer and dance for hundreds of girls in underserved communities. It was about building confidence and teamwork, and this taught me. Those early years taught me that leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice; it’s about inspiring people to see their strength and working productively. 

That experience became my first taste of what it means to serve others and create positive change, even in small ways. Looking back now, it planted a seed in me, Savannah Ryan — the desire to do work that goes beyond myself. It sparked a lifelong commitment to building confidence in others and creating opportunities where people feel empowered to succeed. 

Opportunities That Shape You 

Life has a way of opening unexpected doors when you’re ready to walk through them. In the year 2014, one of those doors for me was joining the TV series Shark Tank as an Executive Assistant. Working with entrepreneurs and investors firsthand showed me how powerful ideas could be when backed by determination. 

That experience fueled my decision to take risks and embrace new challenges. I, Savannah Ryan, later worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Kalon Global Group, Inc., where I learned the importance of strategic problem-solving and operational growth. I even stepped into tech support for McDonald's owner-operators, proving to myself that adaptability is one of leadership’s most underrated skills. I, Savannah Ryan, have always worked on leadership skills, and more powerful to succeed.  

From Entrepreneur to Executive 

In 2016, my journey as Savannah Ryan leaped, and I founded Storytale Marketing Co., a full-service digital marketing agency. Within its first year, we generated over $500K in revenue and experienced consistent year-over-year growth. It was proof that vision and execution, when aligned with purpose, can produce extraordinary results. 

But I didn’t stop there. In 2021, I co-founded GoFasti, a talent-as-a-service startup that connects entrepreneurs and enterprises with elite LATAM-based software developers. Beyond technology, GoFasti represents my commitment to addressing the workplace gender gap and supporting female-driven brands. 

These ventures taught me that leadership is about empowering others, fostering innovation, and building systems that can scale impact far beyond one person. Better project management skills can lead to better results.  

Purpose Beyond Passion 

Today, I, Savannah Ryan, serve as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Integra Capital, a family office investing across Latin America. I oversee investor relations, public relations, and strategic communications, collaborating with governments to tackle global energy challenges and explore sustainable solutions. 

What makes this work fulfilling isn’t just the financial strategy or market positioning — it’s knowing that every decision has the potential to create long-term value, support communities, and shape industries. My passion gave me drive, but my purpose gave me direction.
